We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator - Construction to add to our team located in North York.
The Project Coordinator position will report directly to the Project Manager as an integral part of our construction team. The successful candidate will have practical experience in the construction industry and possesses the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with sub-trades, designers, consultants, engineers and clients. Through direction from the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering, compiling, reviewing and communicating project related documentation and initiatives with key stakeholders and the project team in an effort to improve accuracy, schedule, and value.
Responsibilities and Duties
Proactive communication with Project Manager, sub-trades, clients, and project team regarding tendering, coordination, site progress, and invoicing.
Qualifications and Requirements
Post-secondary accreditation in the construction or relevant field.
3+ years experience in renovation and construction field
Experienced in the review and comprehension of construction documents not limited to drawings, specifications, contract documents and planning concepts
